The project was to optimizing the LTA management report. The scope of this project is to try to use stored procedures and/or views in order to make it quicker and to suggest/implement a different and faster layout for some sub reports.

The report prior to optimization took around 3-4 hours to display records when in after optimization it takes only 10-15 minutes ( on first run) and then approx 5 minutes and the optimized report also is exportable to excel without losing the formatting.

The project was to design and develop three crystal report for a Small company working for Major Telecom EOM provider.

MS SQL 2005 Database, is linked to our Crystal Reports Enterprise environment.

The database was huge in size thus the report to be designed should take care about it and should show result as fast as possible.
